Why did I not receive the MoneyBack bonus?

There are several possible reasons why you may not have received cashback, which include:

1. No deposits were made on the previous day or the deposits were made under the minimum amount requirement.

2. Auto-bonuses are disabled on your account, preventing cashback accrual.

3. Your account is ineligible for bonuses due to specific restrictions.

4. If you were actively playing near the end of the day, but you did not accumulate the eligible loses until 23:59 UTC, you will not receive a moneyback bonus on the next day.

5. Still having funds in your balance at the end of the day is considered winning. It means that if you haven't finished the day with losses and you have more money than the losses, the MoneyBack bonus will not apply.

Keep in mind that the minimum deposit has to be done on the same day of the occurring losses to receive the Daily MoneyBack, as it is stated in our Rewards Program's terms and conditions.
