Cryptocurrency methods
The following cryptocurrencies are currently supported:
BTC (Bitcoin)
ETH (Ethereum) – only the ERC-20 protocol is supported
BCH (Bitcoin Cash)
LTC (Litecoin)
DOGE (Dogecoin)
USDT (Tether) – only the ERC-20 protocol is supported
XRP (Ripple)
TRX (TRON) – only via the Tron network
BNB (Binance Coin) – BSC network
ADA (Cardano) – Cardano network
Upon creating an account, you will have access to a comprehensive list of available currencies. Simply click on the wallet icon located in the top right corner and select the currency filter to view the available options.
Scroll down to explore the complete list and choose the preferred currency that suits your needs.
You will notice convenient Deposit and Withdraw buttons displayed below each currency. By clicking on these buttons, you will be directed to the payment methods available for the selected currency and transaction type.
Card and other payment methods
Card deposits, bank transfers, and other payment methods are available in selected countries, depending on your location. The payment methods available to you will be displayed directly in the Cashier.
Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and the bank or payment provider involved. Additional account verification may also be required before completing a withdrawal.
Making a cryptocurrency deposit
After selecting your desired cryptocurrency, a unique deposit address will be generated specifically for that currency. You can easily locate this address in the Deposit pop-up and use it to deposit funds into your mBit account securely.
Important: Always make sure you select the correct cryptocurrency and supported network when making a deposit. Sending funds through an unsupported network may result in the funds not being credited to your account.
