Here you can find the details regarding the status of your account. A questions you can ask your self might be "Why is my account disabled"

The account status can fall into one of three categories: Active, Suspended, or Disabled.

Active - Your account is fully operational. You're free to play and withdraw funds at your convenience.

Suspended - Your account may be suspended for various reasons, such as a breach of our terms and conditions or by your own request for a "cooling off period". While in this state, you cannot engage in gameplay, but you retain the ability to withdraw any remaining funds on the account after consultation with our security department.

Disabled - Your account will be disabled if it violates our terms and conditions severely, if a chargeback occurs or if the user attempted a double spend . Your account can be disabled due to inactivity too.

A chargeback can occur if your personal wallet has a RBF (Replace-by- fee) feature and it will allow the sender to replace a transaction with another similar transaction with a higher fee. This mechanism allows users to respond if the network becomes congested and fees rise unexpectedly. Our system in this case will credit you in advance the the initial transactions plus all other transactions initiated by your RBF. The account will be disabled if this occurs.

Double spending: Using low fees to send funds to multiple wallets simultaneously, exploiting delayed transaction confirmation. Users prioritize higher-fee transactions after using funds in casino games, rendering initial transactions invalid.
