Understanding the transactions

In order to understand why deposits that are under the minimum required are not reaching your mBitcasino account, we need to understand that the Blockchain is a unidirectional transaction ledger. This means that when a transaction is sent from a wallet to a different wallet, the funds cannot be recovered, as Blockchain does not work like banking transactions.

The casino’s payment provider can only process transactions that are equal to or above the minimum required amounts. Any transaction you send that is under the minimum required amount, will not be processed. This means that the payment provider that the casino is using will not recognize the transaction and will not send the funds from the blockchain to the casino and to your casino deposit address. By processing, we understand that the payment provider receives the amount that you have sent and it allocates it to your account address. The process is automated and has no human interaction, which is the reason why deposits under minimum are not reaching your account.

How to avoid sending funds below the minimum deposit requirement?

To avoid sending funds under the minimum required and not receiving the amount in your account, please consider the following:

For a minimum deposit amount of 0.35 mBTC (0.00035 BTC) consider the Blockchain fees too.

There are two ways in which the fees are taken:

  1. The fees are taken in addition to the sent amount.

For example, you desire to send 0.35 mBTC(0.00035 BTC), and the Blockchain fees are 0.01 mBTC (0.00001 BTC) This means that from your account 0.35 mBTC + 0.01 mBTC will be deducted, and 0.35 mBTC will arrive in your mBit account.

2. The fees are taken from the sent amount.

For example, you desire to send 0.35 mBTC(0.00035 BTC), and the Blockchain fees are 0.01 mBTC (0.00001 BTC) This means that from your account 0.35 mBTC will be deducted, and 0.34 mBTC will arrive in your mBit account, meaning that you have deposited under the minimum required.

When you are sending funds to your account, please consider sending the minimum amount required in BTC, not the equivalent in USD for example, because the crypto market/value is very volatile.

For example, if 20 USD would match the minimum required at this moment.

10 minutes later it could not be the same amount in BTC due to market fluctuation, thus, making the funds not arrive in your account.

mBitcasino does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. For deposits, the fees are charged by your personal wallet provider. For withdrawals, we pay the fees.

mBitcasino or the payment provider do not receive the amounts that are sent under the minimum required and will not allocate such amounts to the account, nor can be held responsible for not receiving the funds in the accounts if the amount is sent under the minimum specified in the Deposit page.
